i need to lose weight. i need to run this weekend. and i need to do those sit-ups again. at work today, i ate tonnes! they ordered what...er Sarpino's Pizzas?? Yeah two gluttony LARGE pans with 16 chicken parts and chilled coke. AND i still have some rooms left spartan.. so i stuffed them with Double-A paper for the time being. Mann... they're nasty.

i, am one of those weirdos, who would, on most occasion, fall asleep after drinking coffee whether its a black, white or purple coffee. but i found out that if i have that latte beside me, i'm as good as Barney in speedos. wonder why the strangeness. maybe its just me.

And.... Pamela Moley Scholls' been gettin on my anal nerves again. Pure deep red is the latest shade for the season.
