To prepare you for the fire drill, we have prepared for you a training session by an external trainer to be conducted at the Straits Room on the 29th Storey of Ocean Building on 21 September 2005 from 10.00am to 11.30am.

The following subject matters will be discussed:

1. Emergency procedures to be adopted in a fire situation;
2. Duties and responsibilities of Fire Wardens / Assistant Fire Wardens / Reserve Assistant Fire Warden;
3. Basic functions of the various fire fighting, protection and detection facilities in a high-rise building;
4. Methods of fire prevention and the use of fire fighting equipment.

Enclosed is a copy of your company's staff register, which we received from your company in September 2005.
